This grain cleaning machine is capable of independently loading the grain mass received from the field into the receiving compartment, cleaning and unloading the grain already cleaned of garbage impurities with the previous drying into vehicles or piles.
The advantages of the mechanism are undeniable - two in one: it works both as a grain cleaning machine and as a grain thrower.
There is no limit to perfection - this is the opinion of the specialists of the Moroz Plant, therefore they are constantly developing agricultural machinery, taking into account the wishes and demand of consumers. The grain cleaning machine COM-30M, created by them, greatly facilitates the work of farmers, since the possibilities for preliminary cleaning of the heap that comes from the fields to the current are expanded. And it does not matter what kind of crops it is - spiked, cereals, legumes, corn, sorghum or sunflower.
High performance is achieved by air cleaning the material. The machine has the ability to distribute grain around the perimeter of the granary, loading warehouses with a grain material storage height of up to 6 m and a throwing distance of up to 25 m.
Everything is thought out in the design to the smallest detail - loading a grain heap into the receiving compartment, cleaning from weeds, pre-drying and unloading grain into a transport or pile. The high productivity of the machine is ensured by an effective method of air cleaning the material using a vibration separator and its partial drying.
Sieve mill at ZAV-10
For the secondary cleaning of grain that has undergone primary cleaning and intended as seed material, complex grain cleaning machines are used. It is possible to bring the seeds in purity up to the indicators of the sowing standard during secondary cleaning only on complex air-sieve machines. Strictly in time, the terms of secondary cleaning of processing are not limited, since dry and sufficiently cleaned grain mass is supplied to the final cleaning.
After primary cleaning, the processed material usually contains no more than 3% of weed impurities, has normal humidity, and, therefore, with such quality indicators, the grain mass is quite stable in storage.

NTS-12 semi-trailer
The NTS-12 tractor trailer is designed for transportation of bulk agricultural and construction cargo with at least 2 traction tractors. It is aggregated with all tractors corresponding to the class. It is a dump truck type and dumps loads by tipping backwards with an inclination of about 50 degrees. The carrying capacity of this trailer is 16 tons when using the proper type of traction vehicle. Loading is carried out from a height of maximum 1.5 meters, bulk cargo of a large specific weight is loaded into the area of the trailer wheelset.
Conditions and nature of operation of NTS-12
A tractor trailer of this type for agricultural machinery is successfully used in various temperature conditions (-35 to +45) in conditions of dirt roads and their absence, in fields, as well as construction sites. It has high ground clearance - at least 300 mm and a wheel diameter, track of 20160 mm, which allows it to overcome potholes and deep mud well. When using lubricants and consumables intended for ultra-low temperatures, it is more difficult to successfully operate in the above-mentioned climatic conditions. The trailer for the NTS 12 tractor has proven itself in conditions of flat and rough terrain, as well as in the forest zone. Use in mountainous areas is not recommended without adaptation and equipment.

The PRT-10 machine can be converted into a self-unloading vehicle, for which the working parts must be replaced with a tailgate. The main tractor for the machine is the T-150K tractor, but it can also be coupled with other tractors of a similar class that have a power take-off shaft (PTO), towing device, pneumatic and electrical outlets.

Gear-ring rolling roller
