However, the basic configuration does not always fully comply with the specific infrastructure of the enterprise - restrictions on the dimensions of warehouse doors, the height of the sides of the existing fleet of trucks, or the architecture of existing loading lines. Also, the physical and mechanical properties of a specific type of grain or material may require an individual selection of pulleys/belts and conveyor belts. To solve these tasks, our design bureau can recalculate components and make constructive changes to the basic equipment strictly for your production conditions.

- Accurate engineering calculation Any change in discharge height, bunker volume, engine power, or reinforcement of components is accompanied by a recalculation of the center of gravity, kinematics, and the selection of appropriate bearing units and metal thickness.
- Integration into the existing line We adapt the dimensions and discharge parameters for your warehouses, silos, grain cleaning complexes (ZAV), or specific models of trucks and trailers, taking into account the specifics of your main transported material — its bulk weight, flowability, moisture content, and fraction.
- Full warranty retention All custom equipment undergoes the same strict quality control (QC) and testing as the enterprise's serial products, so you receive a machine with a confirmed durability resource and an official factory warranty.
