Exchange and return of goods
The Moroza Factory carries out the return and exchange of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Terms of return and exchange
You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt (excluding the day of purchase).
Terms of return of goods of proper quality
The goods are subject to exchange or return if:
- it has not been used, has not been assembled (mounted) and does not have traces of use (scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.)
- its presentation, consumer properties and complete set are preserved
- the integrity of the factory packaging and all labels are preserved
- there is a settlement document (check, invoice) issued together with goods
Who pays the shipping cost when returning?
If you return the goods of proper quality (the size did not fit, plans changed, etc.) - the buyer pays for the return shipping at the rates of the transport company.
If the goods have a manufacturing defect or you were sent the wrong item that you agreed on - the costs of the return shipping are borne by the company Zavod Moroza.
Return procedure:
- Fill out the return application form on this page (or contact us by phone numbers specified in the contacts).
- Our manager will contact you to agree on the details and provide the information necessary for sending the goods.
- You send the goods in a way convenient for you (Nova Poshta or delivery to the factory).
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, the funds will be refunded to your bank card (or bank account) within 1–7 business days.
