Security policy
This Personal Data Security Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Security Policy) applies to all information that this the site hosting the text of this Security Policy can obtain information about the User, as well as any programs and products hosted on it.
1. Definition of terms

2. General provisions

3. Security policy subject

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.2. The site administration undertakes:

6.2.3. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment the User or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of false personal data or illegal actions.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The site administration is responsible for the deliberate disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation, except as provided for in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. It was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. It was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the site's files.
7.2.4. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
8.4. The current legislation applies to this Security Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. Additional Terms
9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Security Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The new Security Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Security Policy.
