The spring (plank) OVB 9034 is used in the sieve mechanism OVI 02.000 of OVS-25 grain cleaners and their modifications.

The spring (OVB 9034), also often called a "hanger" or "suspension plank," is a key element of the OVS-25 sieve bank suspension. Despite its name, it is not a metal spring, but a flexible wooden (plywood) leaf spring.

The heavy sieve banks (upper and lower) are suspended from the machine's frame on these planks (usually 8 pcs. per machine). Thanks to a unique combination of strength and elasticity, these planks allow the sieve banks to move freely in an intensive reciprocating motion, while effectively dampening vibrations and enduring millions of work cycles.

Modifications and Sizes of the OVS-25 Spring (Plank)

Over the years of production of the OVS-25 by different factories, the suspension design has changed. Because of this, the planks may differ in thickness.

• Standard dimensions - 450 mm (length) x 60 mm (width).
• Differences - there are "thin" (10 mm thick) and "thick" (15 mm thick) versions.

Before ordering, it is important to clarify which plank thickness is used on your OVS-25 modification.
