The pulley with catalog numbers ZM 03.108 and ZM 03.101 is used in the trimmer (assembly ZA 03.000A) of ZM-60 grain throwers and their modifications.

The grain thrower trimmer pulley is a cast iron pulley that serves as the drive element of the trimmer. Its task is to receive rotation from the electric motor via a belt drive and transmit it to the drive drum shaft (ZA 03.601-01), which moves the throwing belt.

Structurally, it is a casting made of SCh 20 material, on the rim of which 2 grooves of trapezoidal cross-section for V-belts are machined. The pulley hub has a cylindrical bore (d=30mm) with a keyway for installation on the shaft and a hole for axial fixation. Holes are made in the pulley disc to reduce weight.

Differences in Modifications

We draw your attention to the fact that during the production of ZM-60 grain throwers, trimmer pulleys of different diameters were used.

• Old model (ZM.03.101) had an outer diameter of 290 mm
• New model (ZA 03.108) has an outer diameter of 250 or 255 mm
