The OVI 04.110 auger is used in the "Clean Grain Auger OVI 04.080" assembly of OVS-25 grain cleaning machines and their modifications.

The clean grain auger (OVI 04.110) is the main working component responsible for transporting the already cleaned product. Its main task is to receive the clean grain coming from the sieve banks and move it horizontally to the unloading conveyor (elevator), which then lifts the grain up and moves it out of the machine.

Structurally, it is a steel shaft with a total length of 1600 mm (1595 mm), on its working part (1330 mm long) a continuous helical spiral (flighting) with a diameter of 155 mm is welded. The auger is installed horizontally in the lower part of the machine in its housing (OVI 04.100). It rotates on 180205 bearings, which are located in outer rings (SMM 08.002) and bearing housings (SMM 08.403). The auger is driven by a sprocket H023.201-02 (Z=7), which is mounted on its shaft.
