The auger OVI 03.060 is used in the "Receiving Chamber OVI 03.010" assembly of OVS-25 grain cleaning machines and their modifications.

The receiving chamber auger (OVI 03.060) is a key element of the OVS-25 grain cleaner's distribution system. Its task is to receive the grain flow coming from the loading conveyor (elevator) and distribute it evenly across the entire width of the sieve banks located below. The quality operation of this auger is critically important as it ensures the full loading of the sieves, prevents their local overloading, and directly affects the productivity and quality of the cleaning process.

Structurally, it is a steel shaft with a total length of 1520 mm. A continuous helical spiral (flighting) with a diameter of 152 mm is welded onto its working part (1190 mm long). The auger is installed horizontally in the receiving chamber housing (OVI 03.040) and rotates on 180205 bearings, which are housed in the outer rings (SMM 08.002) of the bearing housings (SMM 08.403). The auger is driven by a pulley (H209017A) mounted on its shaft.
