The scraper is used in the loading conveyor of ZM-90 grain throwers and their modifications.

Unlike classic all-metal scrapers, the modern scraper for powerful ZM-90 grain throwers is a composite construction consisting of three elements:

1. Rubber scraper (100x300x10 mm) - this is the main working element made of wear-resistant rubber; its elasticity allows for the gentle handling of grain, minimizing damage.
2. Carrier plate - this is a stamped steel plate of a complex shape that provides rigidity to the scraper.
3. Clamping plate - this is a flat steel plate that secures the rubber element on the other side.

In the assembly, the rubber scraper is sandwiched between two metal plates, forming a single durable unit that is attached to the conveyor chain.

Mounting Features of the Loading Conveyor Scrapers

• Standard Version (Riveted) The rubber scraper and plates are connected by durable rivets. This ensures maximum reliability and resistance to vibrations, preventing any loosening of the fastening. However, replacing a worn rubber element will require drilling out the rivets.
• Optional Version (Bolted) By individual agreement, we can assemble the unit with bolted connections. This provides maximum serviceability and allows for the easy replacement of the rubber scraper in field conditions using standard wrenches.
