Bevel Pinion Shaft Z=18 (US-25) for OVS-25 Feeder Reducer
The US-25 pinion shaft is used in the feeder reducers of the "Lower Section OVI 05.110" assembly on OVS-25 grain cleaning machines and their modifications.
The Z=18 pinion shaft is the drive bevel gear for the OVS-25 feeder reducer. Its task is to receive rotation from the drive and transmit it at a 90° angle to the large driven gear, which, in turn, drives the feeder's scraper chain.
Unlike many other designs, here the gear and shaft are made as one solid (monolithic) part, which ensures maximum strength, alignment, and reliability of torque transmission.
Structurally, the part is a steel shaft with bevel gear teeth (z=18) cut on one end, while the other end has bearing seats and a keyway for connection to the coupling. Two such parts are used on the OVS-25 - one for each feeder reducer (left and right).
Technical specifications of the Z=18 (US-25) pinion shaft:
- Number of teeth: z=18
- Type: Bevel pinion shaft
- Material: Steel 45
- Quantity per unit: 2 pcs.
- Country of manufacture: Ukraine
