ZM-60 Drive Drum Shaft (ZA 03.601-01)
The ZM-60 drive drum shaft is designed to transmit torque from the pulley to the drive (drive) drum, ensuring the movement of the throwing (endless) belt. Essentially, it serves as the central axis of the trimmer's drive drum. It has a stepped design with precise bearing journals, as well as grooves for the drum and pulley keys.
The ZA 03.601-01 shaft is mounted on the trimmer's sidewalls using bearing housings, and the drive drum, hubs, and deflectors are mounted on the shaft itself. Spacer bushings are also used for precise positioning of the elements. A drive pulley is mounted on one outer end of the shaft, and the opposite end of the assembly is closed with a blind cover.
Shaft ZA 03.601-01 is part of the ZA 03.050A assembly (drive drum) of the ZM-60 grain thrower trimmer. This assembly is the main working element, driving the high-speed endless throwing belt and responsible for accelerating and directional grain ejection.
