Shaft ZP 02.616 (short shaft of the feeder reducers) is used in the feeder reducer (assembly "Cover with Reducers ZP 02.300") of ZM-60 grain throwers and their modifications.

The feeder reducer shaft ZP 02.616 (short) is a stepped steel shaft that serves as the output shaft of the bevel gear reducer. Its main task is to receive the reduced rotation from the large bevel gear wheel (ZS 6029) and transmit it to the drive sprocket (ZS 1041), which directly drives the feeder's scraper chain.

Structurally, the shaft is made of Steel 45, has two keyways (one for the bevel gear wheel, the other for the sprocket), and a threaded end (M16) for securing parts with a nut. The shaft is installed on two 11206 bearings in the reducer housing (ZP 02.106) and its cover. Wear of the bearing seats or keyways leads to play and incorrect operation of the entire drive.
