The conical pair of the feeder reducer (a set consisting of the ZS 6029 wheel and the ZPN 6011 gear) is a key unit designed to transmit torque at a 90° angle and simultaneously reduce the rotation speed (reduction) in a 2:1 ratio. In essence, it is a large and small gear that work together. They are part of the "Cover with Reducers ZP 02.300" assembly, which is mounted in the lower part of the "Loading Conveyor ZP 02.000" of the ZM-60 grain thrower and its modifications.

The Wheel ZS 6029 is a large conical gear (driven), consisting of a cylindrical hub and a toothed conical rim with 36 teeth. In the center of the hub, there is a through-bore for the shaft with a keyway for secure fixation and torque transmission.

The Gear ZPN 6011 is a small conical gear (driving), made of Steel 45. It has the shape of a truncated cone, on which 18 teeth are cut. At the base of the part, there is a cylindrical hub with a smooth mounting bore and a keyway for installation on the shaft.

Conical gears are lapped to each other during the manufacturing process, so for proper and long-lasting operation, it is strongly recommended to replace them only as a pair.
