Structurally, it is a part made of Steel 45 in the shape of a disc with a cylindrical hub. The toothed rim has 10 teeth (z=10) for a chain with a pitch of 19.05 mm (t=19.05). The hub has a bore for the shaft with a keyway, as well as a hole for axial fixation (set screw). Wear of this sprocket's teeth leads to chain slippage and loss of traction for the grain thrower.
