Sprocket for ZM-60 Feeder Reducer (ZS 1038) Z=12
The feeder reducer sprocket ZS 1038 is used in the drive of the feeder reducers (assembly "Cover with Reducers ZP 02.300") of ZM-60 grain throwers and their modifications.
The ZS 1038 sprocket is the central drive sprocket, which is the input element for the entire feeder drive. Its main task is to receive torque from the main drive of the grain thrower (via a chain drive) and transmit it to the shaft (ZP 02.617), which, in turn, rotates the two small bevel gears that drive both reducers.
Structurally, it is a cast iron (material SCh 20) sprocket with an extended hub. Its rim has 12 teeth (z=12) for a chain with a 38 mm pitch. The hub has a bore for the shaft with a keyway, as well as a hole for axial fixation (set screw).
