The feeder reducer sprocket ZS 1041 is used in the feeder reducer (assembly "Cover with Reducers ZP 02.300") of ZM-60A grain throwers and their modifications.

The ZS 1041 sprocket is a cast iron sprocket that serves as the output element of the reducer. Its main task is to transmit torque from the reducer shafts directly to the drive chain of the loading conveyor (feeder).

Structurally, it is a casting made of SCh 20 material in the form of a disc with a cylindrical hub. The toothed rim has 7 teeth (z=7) for a chain with a pitch of 38 mm. In the center of the hub, there is a bore with a keyway for installation on the output shaft of the reducer. Wear of this sprocket's teeth leads to chain slippage, uneven grain feed, and accelerated wear of the entire drive mechanism.
