The work begins with precise metal cutting — flat ring blanks are cut on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. This stage guarantees absolute precision of the internal and external diameters of the future part; thanks to this approach, dimensional errors are completely eliminated, which is critically important for the subsequent correct seating of the flight onto the central shaft and maintaining a uniform operating clearance in the conveyor housing.

The second stage is matrix spatial bending of the prepared rings on a specialized hydraulic press. During this operation, the metal is carefully formed into a flight with a clearly specified spiral pitch. The main advantage of such forming is that the steel is not subjected to mechanical stretching. The profile does not thin out at the outer edge, stably maintaining the original 3 mm thickness across its entire plane. As a result, the customer receives a geometrically correct part that perfectly matches the original drawings and is ready for installation without additional locksmithing work.
