Trimer coil shaft ZM-60 (ZA 03.608-01)
The shaft of the trimmer coil ZM-60 (ZA 03.608-01) is a multi-stage steel shaft, which is the central suspension for the folding unit “Kotushka ZA 03.040A”. It is installed on the sides of the trimer behind additional bearing housings, the middle of which is wrapped on bearings 1206, which are protected by cuffs and external covers. On the seat of the shaft FOR 03.608-01, the coil itself is mounted with barrel dispensers, and special openings on the shaft are intended for lubricating the loose parts of the unit.
In the stitch mechanism of the trimmer ZM-60, which consists of three drums (drive, tension and reels), this drum plays the role of the central pressure roller. Its purpose is to press the metal uncut stitch, creating the necessary waste to ensure the acceleration of the grain and throwing it along the correct trajectory of the weed, straight and flowing exactly at the extraction pipe. Thus, the shaft FOR 03.608-01 ensures a secure wrapping of the coil and is a critically important element for the proper operation of any metal mechanism.
