The grain thrower ZM-90U manufactured by Zavod Moroz is an order of magnitude improved version of the grain loading equipment type ZM-90, which has received a number of advantages and unique design solutions, which makes its use more productive, simple and comfortable. The grain thrower ZM-90 from Zavod Moroz has a number of improvements:

The trimmer of this ZM-90 is modernized, it has thick sidewalls and increased dimensions, a large receiving chamber, reinforced bearing housings and reels, ideally balanced with the help of an electronic balancing machine, as well as an endless belt 500 mm wide with straight chevrons/weldings (or with the "herringbone" type) - all this with the help of a 7.5 kW engine at 1500 rpm allows you to confidently throw grain at a distance of up to 20 meters and a height of up to 10 meters, which is more than enough for loading trailers, grain trucks, road trains, wagons and containers up to 4 meters high, as well as filling warehouses or forming piles up to 6 meters high.

The trimmer rotation is standard - 90 degrees in both directions (total 180 degrees), but for wider possibilities in our line there are grain thrower with a 270 degree trimmer rotation, which allows you to throw grain in front of you and fill warehouses to the maximum.

The grain thrower ZM-90U "Garmata" also has a raised frame (up to 50 cm), large rear wheels with a diameter of 500 mm and double forward travel (2 wheels in front for greater stability) - this is additional convenience, stability and maneuverability during operation, as well as the ability to ensure continuity of work and a more uniform distribution of grain over the area or form a pile with one ridge in just 2 passes. In general, all control of this ZM-90 is more subtle, smooth and without sudden movements - this is one of its key advantages, which our customers have repeatedly noted. In addition to the travel reducer with a differential, already installed in this model and using an engine with a capacity of 1.1 kW at 1000 rpm, we can equip the ZM-90 with a standard motor-reducer-variator or pneumatic travel - all at the customer's request.

The grain thrower ZM-90 from Zavod Moroz also has an improved feeder section with a conveyor - longer feeders providing a grain capture width of 5.2 meters, increased scrapers up to a width of 250 mm, reliable gearbox bearings with a reinforced housing, stronger shafts and high-quality chains/conveyors - these features will significantly extend the service life and avoid typical breakdowns of the ZM-90 even under conditions of intensive use or when working with materials that are inconvenient for the grain thrower (granules, slag, crushed stone). ZM-90U "Garmata" is also equipped with a lighting device that allows you to work effectively in the dark and clearly see the working area ahead.
