Norian Drum NC-50

The Norian drum NC-50 is a key kinematic element of the tension station of the loading boot, designed to ensure strict geometry of movement of the traction body in elevators with a capacity of 50 tons per hour. This driven unit performs the function of centering a multilayer rubber-fabric belt with a width of 300 mm, preventing its displacement during intensive scooping of the bulk mass and ensuring uniform distribution of traction force across the entire cross-section of the shaft. The precisely calculated design of the drum with a working width of 330 mm and an outer diameter of 505 mm guarantees stable passage of the belt without the risk of slipping or the occurrence of transverse oscillations even under maximum seasonal loads.
