If a grain thrower during towing collides with a hidden obstruction, falls off a trailer during transport, or hits a deep rut at speed, a severe impact can cause complex damage-ranging from wheel disk deformation to half-axle bending or cracking of the cast-iron bearing housing mounting feet. Attempting to restore such a damaged side by assembling individual parts piecemeal in a standard workshop consumes an immense amount of precious time, as the mechanic must independently press in cermet bushings, catch millimeters during bearing seating, and adjust clutch working clearances. Purchasing a fully assembled reverse axle allows you to return machinery to operation as quickly as possible-the entire damaged side is dismantled as a single unit, and the new factory module simply bolts via its mounting feet to the frame and connects to the drive chain.
Flawless interaction of adjacent mechanisms is achieved through professional factory calibration, anchored by the upgraded 30 mm diameter ZP 01.625 steel shaft devoid of weak points, making it exceptionally resistant to bending. Mounted on it is the complete kinematic set of drive disengagement parts-the ZP 01.102 cast-iron cam half-clutch, clamped by the ZP 01.626 heavy-duty spring via ZM 01.435 support washers. The spring generates calculated tension that securely retains the four rectangular cams in engagement with the ZM 01.180 hub slots during heavy working loads, while allowing the operator to easily pull back the clutch manually. Manual drive disengagement is secured by the upgraded ZP 01.631 spring-loaded latch equipped with a convenient metal ring, whose working pin automatically drops into the shaft spherical detent pocket and securely holds the wheel in free-rolling mode.
A reinforced running-support base with increased ground clearance guarantees high mobility and reliability for the heavy machine across any surface. Unlike the front running gear, the grain thrower's rear axle bears the static weight of the heavy loading trimmer, electric motors, and self-propelled gearbox. Consequently, this assembly replaces the standard 400 mm front wheel with a large, reinforced 500 mm ZPT 1.6.3 rubber-tired wheel-securely bolted to the ZM 01.180 cast-iron hub, inside of which porous NEN 400003 cermet bushings are press-fitted using our press equipment. During transport or towing when the clutch is disengaged, the wheel rolls smoothly on these self-lubricating bushings around the stationary shaft, entirely unloading the transmission. The half-axle itself rests on two 11206 spherical bearings mounted inside H 026.058 cast-iron housings. Because the unit operates near the ground amidst pervasive dust, bearing chambers are securely protected by reinforced oil seals clamped by H 026.163 through covers, preventing abrasive wear on moving parts.
